Short- And Medium-term Packages
Short-term and medium-term packages are designed to address specific issues impacting daily life. These may include feelings of being stuck, anxiety, depressed mood, or challenges with managing life changes. These packages can help improve sleep habits, tackle negative thought patterns, and boost interpersonal skills.
Short-term packages typically include six to ten sessions
Medium-term packages can extend up to 25 sessions.
LONG TERM PACKAGE
Long-term packages are intended for individuals dealing with more complex issues that require extended processing and healing, such as childhood trauma, abuse, depression, loss/bereavement, or domestic violence/abuse, Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Complex Post traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD)
The long-term package is suggested at a frequency of one to four sessions per month, for a mutually agreed duration.
Please note that these are examples, and individuals have the flexibility to select the therapy package that best aligns with their needs and personalised session structure can be explored during the initial consultation with the counsellor.
Remember, prioritizing mental well-being is essential, and engaging in therapy plays a crucial role in maintaining positive mental health and self-care practices.
ONE AT A TIME (OAAT)
This method is particularly beneficial for tackling specific challenges in the current moment. It can be valuable when one feels trapped and needs alternative solutions, when impacted by the behaviour of others and seeking ways to make a difference, or when attempting to discover more appropriate coping mechanisms for a given circumstance.
The benefits may include the absence of long-term financial or time obligations for multiple appointments. Also, it offers a simple approach to determine the most suitable therapy for you.
